Terms and Conditions of Sale – ASAL Store
1. Purchases and Payment
By placing an order with ASAL store, you agree to provide accurate and current information necessary to complete your purchase, including payment and shipping details. You confirm that you are legally authorized to use the provided payment method. Payment is collected at the time of checkout. All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
2. Product Types
ASAL store sells both physical products (e.g., vinyl stickers) and digital products (e.g., 3D assets). Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item type. Digital items are delivered by download and do not require shipping.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping fees for physical products are calculated based on your delivery zone and are shown during checkout.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delayed or undeliverable orders due to incorrect address information.
- If a shipment is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect address, the buyer will be refunded for the product (excluding original shipping costs).
4. Returns and Refunds
Physical Products (Stickers)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at monika@adasokol.com, including a clear description and photos of the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Return shipping costs for stickers or other physical products are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our fault.
Digital Products (3D Assets)
All sales of digital products are final. If you experience a technical issue or downloaded the wrong file, please reach out to monika@adasokol.com within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds or replacements will be evaluated case by case but are not guaranteed.
5. Promotions and Limited-Time Offers
Occasionally, we may offer discounts or limited-time promotions. These are valid only for the indicated time frame or while stocks last. Only one discount code may be applied per order. We reserve the right to cancel or change promotions at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ASAL store, including designs, sticker artwork, product images, product descriptions, digital files, and branding, is the exclusive property of ASAL or licensed collaborators. This content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, altered, shared, or resold without written permission.
- Purchases of digital products grant the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal or professional (non-resale) purposes.
- Resale, redistribution, or modification of digital files for resale is strictly prohibited.
- Use of ASAL store content for commercial projects must include appropriate attribution if specified.
